Brief
After accomplishing their mission and fulfilling the dream of the artists and witnesses in 2015, the creators of “One Night On Broadway” did it again in 2016 under the name of “Another Night On Broadway” to hit a huge wave of success for the second time.
This year, and for the first time the One Night On Broadway family presents MAJNOUN LEILA - an orginal musical play in Arabic.

THE MUSICAL
The musical uses the premise of a mysterious circus performance troupe, led by a Leading Player, to tell the story of MAJNOUN LEILA, a love story between Leila and Quais, who are in love from childhood but are not allowed to unite.
Quais is perceived to be mad in his obsession with Leila. Leila is married off to another and MAJNOUN becomes devoted to writing verses about his profound love of Leila.
Produced by Abdo El Khoury and Nayla El Khoury Saadeh, it is starred, choreographed and directed by Roy Khoury, an accomplished singer, dancer and actor with a degree in Broadway Musical Theatre from NYFA in New York, USA.
More than 50 talented artist have participated in this unique production including the well known "Manel Mallat" and "Kristian Abouanni", not to forget our special costume designer and stylist Bassem Feghali; in addition to the live orchestra of 25 musicians and a live dancing troupe of more than 15 professional dancer and back-up singers.
The man behind "One Night On Broadway"
Roy Khoury is a classically trained singer, dancer and actor holding a degree in Broadway Musical Theatre from NYFA, New York. He has received training from musical theatre professionals currently working on Broadway, that led him to be part of multiple performances and concerts in New York, working on stage as a performer as well as a backstage member - “Lion King”, “Sister Act – The Musical”, “Wicked – The Musical” along with multiple Broadway repertoires and musical theatre showcases.
He created, starred and directed his own Musical concert “One night on Broadway” in 2015 that got him an award of appreciation in the “Murex D’Or” 2015. He had the opportunity to showcase “One night on Broadway” in the “Zouk Mikael international festival”. Roy worked as the artistic director, acting coach and choreographer for the new TV talent show “Arab Casting” 2015.
Due to its Big success, another Broadway production has been made in 2016 under the name of "Another Night On Broadway" with new acts and new performances taking this musical show to a bigger and higher level.

Performers
Finalist of “Arab’s got Talent” season 2, winner of several international competitions such as “La Chanson Francophone”, and recently winner of the “Best Singer Award” in IMTA New York, Manel’s voice of soul is set to resonate in the ears of listeners and will surely make your night a memorable one.
Manel also pursued an action, film making and modeling career. Chosen to represent Lebanon in New York City, she stood before the crowds and won the “Monologue Award” and “Lifestyle Model Award” also in IMTA.
She is the owner and managing director of “Cats Production”; a conceptual entertainment company that provides all kind of services related to shows, live bands, costume designing, and many more.
Manel has brought music into her heart and into the heart of “Heartbeat” (www.heartbeat-lb.org), a humanitarian association that aids children who are born with heart diseases. She is both a committee member and a lead soloist, and has brought to them a great deal of musical and humanitarian contributions.
Anchoring it all together, Manel’s incredible voice, courage, and ambition have opened her many doors and have allowed her to pursue her dreams.
After her success in our previous show “One Night on Broadway”, she starred in the new feature film “Tallatit” directed by Kristian Abouanni, written by Claude Abou Haidar, and Produced by ID Production.
Kristian Abouanni, who started his musical journey by competing in “The Voice” airing on MBC and LBC, showcased his talent to the Arab world, earning his very own fan base.
Recently graduated from the New York Jazz Academy and classically trained for several years, Kristian has the range of a Tenor. The mixture of his Classical training and Jazz influences is the reason behind his unique interpretation and feeling.
Apart from his singing career, he’s the Creative Manager of “Cats Production”; a conceptual entertainment company that provides all kind of services related to shows, live bands, costume designing, and many more. Kristian finished recording his debut single called “Dream Big” in New York City.
He is currently working as Stage director and creative manager for many musical concerts. Kristian just directed and released his first feature film “Tallatit”, produced by ID Production.
A hotel management graduate who is a hospitality consultant and works in real estate and development. This business-oriented woman is an artist at heart. She has taken part in “Heartbeat” ‘s charity association fundraising concerts for the past 7 years and performed in prestigious events with the help of Cats Production entertainment company. An aspiring broadway performer since her childhood, Andrea has grabbed this opportunity with both hands throughout her intensive vocal, acting and dancing lessons given by none other than Roy Khoury, who saw the potential in her and made her part once again of “Another night on Broadway”.
Eliane Saadeh (mezzo soprano) is a naturally talented mezzo-soprano who has been passionate about arts since her childhood; in particular: piano playing, ballet dancing, theatre and singing.
She has a BA in business from AUB, and an MBA from ESA, and is currently the cultural events manager in charge of planning, organizing and executing cultural events at the American University of Beirut.
Eliane has performed in several cultural festivals, opera concerts and gala events in Lebanon and abroad, as well as a soloist in choir performances. She has been chosen to sing at the National Museum of Lebanon for the Francophonie Day in an operetta called “La princesse et l’officier”, at Beirut Spring Festival , at the Palais des Congres as a tribute to the Lebanese Army and at the Sursok Museum re-opening.
In May 2015, she has been honored on the occasion of International Women Day by the Green Party for being active in supporting great causes of benevolent organizations and participating in their fundraising concerts.
Singer managed by “Cats Production”, member of “The Swinging sisters”, vocalist for the NGO “Hearbeat”, Roxane is a media studies student at AUB.
Marianne Helou graduated with Honor from NDU Louaize in 2015 with a Bachelor Degree in Architecture. Alongside her academic studies, Marianne always pursued her passion in music, taking piano and singing lessons at her school’s music college and the Lebanese National Higher Conservatory of Music later on. Currently a “classical-singing” student at the LNHCM and member of its choir, she participated in several opera studios and concerts. She attended many vocal masterclasses and performed in Italy and Lebanon.
School coordinator for kids with special needs, studied Special Education at USJ, member of “The Swinging sisters” managed by “Cats Production”, part of the NGO “Heartbeat”.
Reine Khoury a mother of 4.
Graduated from LAU with a BA in Communication Arts-Radio,Tv and Film.
I started singing professionally in 2003 at piano bars, weddings and events in Lebanon and abroad.
Singing is my biggest passion and being part of a musical has always been a dream of mine.
Regina grew up with her sister taking Classical Ballet classes at a very young age. After 15 years of discipline, technique and styling, Regina started giving Ballet classes for kids and adults to help them improve their flexibility and strengthen their classical technique.
Jean was born in Lebanon in 1985. Since the age of 12, his training has been extensive. Along with traditional training in Ballet Jazz and Jazz, he has also studied Hip Hop, Oriental Lebanese Folklore and Modern Dance.
He choreographed international festivals, corporate events, high-end weddings, live shows, live concerts, musicals, and music videos, in Lebanon and abroad.
Jean Sakr graduated from George Brown College/Ballet Jorgen, in Canada, with a diploma in “Commercial Dance Studies”. He recently got his “Dance Studio Owner” Certificate program from IAP USA, and opened STUDIO 4, his own Dance Studio in Kaslik, with a wide range of dance styles tailored to all needs and ages.
Vanessa is a fresh Marketing/Psychology graduate from LAU and is part of “The Swinging Sisters”, a trio created by Cats Production. Since 2013, Vanessa has been accompanying Roy Khoury in his numerous shows and took part of our previous show, “One Night On Broadway” in 2015.
Eliott is an architecture student at NDU. Being passionate about sports and dancing, he became acquainted with Judo, Gymnastics, and Salsa. After becoming a member of the Steps team, he got the chance to discover Broadway Jazz, Hip hop, Ballet, and Tap dancing.
Maya is the head of PR & Marketing at Sarah's Bag and works as a freelance Graphic designer.
She is a Broadway Jazz dancer at Steps Performing Arts Studio Lebanon and took part in our previous show, “One night on Broadway”.
Carla is a freelancer sports physiotherapist, a wedding planner, and the owner of a hosting agency who had never let her career overcome her passion for the art of dance. She started Ballet classes at the age of 8, and then switched to Ballroom dancing before sticking to Salsa!
A Business Marketing student at NDU who discovered her love for dancing since the age of 4 and became a Hip Hop teacher, and a Ballet Jazz and Broadway dancer.
Omar, 22 year old fresh graduate, has a background in Classical Ballet, Hip Hop, Breakdance, Folk Dance, Contemporary, Dance Hall and Modern Jazz.
He performed in several shows such as : Ballet 2015 of Maurice Bejart in Casino du Liban, Arab Idol with Cheb Khaled, as well as several music videos and local and regional tv ads.
He reached the top 30 in “Mouzie El Arab Tv Program” (2015)
First trained in Hip Hop as a child, Mark became a Social Salsa, Bachata, and Kizomba dancer. He first started his Salsa classes abroad for 4 years and continued his training when he moved to Lebanon for another 3 years.
Karima started dancing at the age of 5 in Ukraine. Her passion for dancing led her to take classes in Latin, Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop, Contemporary and Oriental, working on her technique, style and flexibility.
Mira is a 5th year agriculture engineering student at Usek Kaslik. She started dancing at the age of 4 at Al Sarab Dance school. A Modern dance and Hip Hop student, she is now teaching dance classes. Mira is now a part of Fady Raidy’s new show at Regency Palace as Well as “Another night on Broadway”.
Bacel has been studying dance for the past 9 years, and choreography for nearly 5. He won several competitions and championships in both latin and standard dancing and is currently a ballroom dance instructor.
He also contributes in the organization of the Lebanon Latin Dance Festival.
